Ouray County is actively in emergency preparation mode due to the

drier than normal winter conditions.

The WCOC had Glenn Boyd, Ouray County's Emergency Management Director come and speak at a recent meeting. Below are two videos from his presentation. One video gives some basic information about emergency procedures should there be an event. The other is information about what to pack in a "To Go Bag" There is also a link to a document with a form that can be used to help citizens pack and prepare an emergency "To Go Bag".
